2. Simply let your astrologer know in the in-app chat.
3. To get in touch with our customer support click here or tap the "Submit request" button at the top right corner of the screen.
If you can't log in to the subscription portal or experience challenging to identify from which region you've purchased the subscription:
1) Please check your email inbox for Hint's "Welcome email", which includes a link to your subscription portal and instructions on how to cancel.
2) Try to log in to both subscription portals stated above.
