Why can’t I get a refund when your website says I can?

We generally have a ‘’no-refund’’ policy for all purchases, as stated in our EULA (Terms of Service).

However, in special circumstances, we can look into whether a user is eligible for a refund, for example, if they experienced a verified technical issue and were not able to use the app at all.
