If you choose to continue your subscription after the trial, you’ll begin recurring billing based on your chosen plan, as described below.

By subscribing to Hint app, you agree to automatic recurring billing based on your subscription plan, which continues until you decide to cancel. -
Billing Cycle and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel any time to stop future charges by following the instructions provided in your welcome email or account settings, or by contacting our support team. -
Non-Refundable Billing
Once a billing cycle begins, fees for that cycle are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before the next cycle starts, future charges will be stopped.
Refund Conditions
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to accommodate individual circumstances. While refunds are generally limited, we are happy to provide one if you are eligible.

Canceling within the trial period ensures that no further charges will apply. If you’re not satisfied with our product, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll refund your trial payment. Once the trial period ends and a paid subscription begins, the subscription is generally non-refundable. -
Voluntary Cancellations
You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but please note that refunds are not typically provided for partial billing cycles or any remaining time in a subscription period. -
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with our service within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please reach out to us with details about your device and the issue experienced. -
In-App Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased through app stores (e.g., App Store, Google Play), please contact the app store directly for refund inquiries, as they fully control payments processing. -
Other Considerations
Non-subscription purchases and add-ons are typically non-refundable, though exceptions may apply. To check eligibility, please feel free to contact us using our Chatbot. -
Currency Conversion & Cross-Border Fees
If you are based outside the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, or United Kingdom, we are not responsible for currency conversion fees or additional international transaction fees. Typically, in these countries, we charge in the local currency, and international transaction fees generally do not apply. However, we are not responsible for any such fees and cannot refund transaction fees, as these are determined by your card-issuing bank. -
Privacy and Data Handling
We take your privacy seriously. When you cancel your subscription, your billing information will be securely retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. Once these obligations are met, we will delete your billing information from our systems. Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring that your information is protected and used only for necessary purposes related to your subscription and any subsequent support inquiries.
